Noredol is different because it works on redness and blemishes! Why are Noredol and Rejuvenation different?

Noredol and Rejuvenation are different because they work on redness and blemishes! They combine Noredol (1,4-cyclohexanediol) with proprietary aloe vera and odorless garlic extracts. This formulation integrates advanced science with a traditional approach to skin care. In addition, Noredol Skin Care Gel contains riboflavin (vitamin B2), panthenol (vitamin B5) and conditioning agents in a water-based carbomer gel. They have no fragrance because many people are sensitive to fragrances. It has no salicylic acid, peroxide, or parabens for the same reason.

Where did the name NOREDOL come from?

It is NO-RED-OL and came from NO-RED-AT-ALL!

What role does diet play in my redness?

  • It is known that certain foods and drink can trigger skin redness and blemishes. As an example, coffee and tea are known "triggers" that cause skin to become red and irritated, especially skin with rosacea.
  • If you think a food or drink might be a trigger your rosacea or redness, keep a food diary. Remember that food triggers can be immediate but more often they manifest themselves after about 48 hours (i.e. it wasn't yesterday, but the day before).

Why does coffee antagonize rosacea or acne skin?

  • Coffee can make rosacea or acne skin miserable. It is one of the leading culprits known to trigger flare-ups in rosacea and worsen acne symptoms.
  • Caffeine induces body immune responses and dilates blood vessels. The immune responses can aggravate inflammation in acne or rosacea skin.

What about exposure to the sun?

  • Use sunscreen! Protect yourself! Too much sun can be unhealthy in many ways! Select a sunscreen product that will protect you without irritation. (See Noredol News # 5)
  • Noredol Skin Care Gel does not interfere with the use of sunscreen. Apply Noredol first, let it dry, and then apply the sunscreen.

After sun exposure, it helps cool and sooth sun irritated skin. Noredol® does not dry out the skin, but rather supports the skin like moisturizers.

Do you have a recommended cleanser?

Water. Clean water. Everyone has a different sensitivity. Use whatever you have found that DOES NOT irritate your skin. Our products are compatible with various types of cleansers.
